Where we ship

We ship to the countries listed at checkout. If your country isn’t in the address dropdown, we don’t deliver there yet — email us and we’ll add it to the roadmap.

How shipping cost is calculated

Shipping is a flat rate per delivery zone, shown on the checkout sheet before you pay. Free shipping applies automatically once your order total reaches the threshold (look out for the FREE line item).

How long it takes

  • UK orders: 2–4 working days after dispatch.
  • Europe: 4–7 working days.
  • Rest of world: 7–14 working days.

We dispatch within 1 working day of payment. You’ll get a tracking link by email the moment the parcel is on the carrier’s system.

Tracking

Every confirmation email includes a link to your order page; once we ship, that page shows the carrier and tracking number. Lost the email? Find your order with its reference and the address you used at checkout, or ask support for a hand.
